How to glow up in 30 days in 2024!! (Crazy transformation)
Hey lovelies! I hope ya'll are doing good. A new year brings in a motivation of transforming yourself for the better. With all the resolutions made, glowing up quickly is one of them for most of us.
A "glow up"✨ typically refers to a positive transformation in appearance, confidence, and overall well-being. While significant changes may take time, there are some things you can do to enhance your appearance and boost your confidence in a month. Keep in mind that the most important aspect of a glow up is feeling good about yourself.

1. Exercise and yoga
Yes exercise! It is the most effective way to transform yourself if done correctly. Exercise can be very helpful to see changes in your body within a month and you will love it. You can follow exercise routine for particulars such as waist, hips, thighs, arms, etc. wherever you want to see the changes. These exercises are all over youtube and it's quite easy to decide one for yourself.
Another way can be yoga. And trust me when i say yoga because i've being doing it for almost 6 months now and yoga keeps my mind so calm and it has made me gain muscles (not the big ones lol). Yoga is the best way to provide strength to you body and calmness to your mind.
2.Confidence boosters
This may involve techniques like practicing good body posture that will make you look confident and attractive. You can also learn about some hand gestures, ways to maintain a good posture, etc.
Maintaining eye contact and smiling often makes you look pleasant and attractive too.
Using such confidence boosters can really help you boost your confidence.
3. Identify and cut off toxic people from your life
These toxic people can be your friends, relatives, peers, etc. What happens is that these people literally suck the energy out of you leaving you with nothing but tiredness and low vibrations. Now how will you identify that anyone is toxic? Here's the answer: Look out for people who are always-
- Talking negative about others
- Insecure
- Jealous
- Not happy with your achievements
- Support your wrongs.
- Doing skincare and haircare.
- Bathing twice a day (at least 2-3 times a week)
